Bone & Muscle problems

Today morning i got slipped from stairs..it was iron stairs...my whole ankle got twisted..i cannot even keep my foot down...i went to doctor he said he have to operate...today he fixed a temporary plaster around my ankle by and said he have to wait till tuesday nd then he will operate on tuesday...i found that doctor dicey...i want to consult someone really good before getting it operate...please help...

Upper arm pain for 6 months. Movement problem when lift arm. No medicine for the problem at present . Only doing free hand exercise

Last night I probably slept in an awkward position, this morning when I got I had unbearable lower back pain towards the left. I am unable to sit or walk. I tried hot fomentation but to no avail. Any help as to what I can do to ease the pain or what scans I can carry out for a diagnosis.

Hi I started doing cardio last Monday. On Friday instructor told me to lift weights. He made me lift heavy weights. Friday was normal. I performed all activities normally. But Saturday , my arms started paining.I could not eat meal from my hands. I can't fold my arms. I can't lift water bottle even. Its middle in the night 4 am and I am not able to sleep. Please suggest.

Hello Sir/Mam, Last year in May 2015, I had an bike accident and I fell off the bike on the road post which I had lot of pain in my left wrist so I had an X-Ray which show minor fracture. So I had plaster for a month. But even when the doctor take plaster off after one month of accident, the pain still persists in my left wrist. I thought that may be in few months I will get rid of the pain but today its more than an year but the same amount of pain is still there in my left wrist. I have consulted many doctors but no one could tell the actual cause of the pain. I have taken X-ray many times of my left wrist but nothing comes out in X-ray. Could you please help me. My 9 yr old son have some swelling above his right elbow and below the triceps. Not too much pain except when pressing hard or trying to bend the elbow completely on 0 degree. USG report says "Large lobulated subcutaneous fluid collection measuring 3.9*1*2.4 cm noted above elbow postero-laterally with internal echoes. No calcification/internal vascularity. Minimal overlying probe tenderness noted". Please suggest me if its a minor issue and what is the next step to cure it.
