Pain in area near heel
I feel pain in left foot at a point near heel. The pain is more after waking up in the morning. The pain is not continuous.

this pain if increases after rest ( sitting or lying for a long time), it can be due to plantarfascitis , a cushion like structure get inflamed after walking and prolonged standing.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist and take the treament.Ultrasonic therapy helps in decreasing the pain and healing of plantarfascia inflamed,Wax therapy increases blood circulation and helps in relieving pain,stretching will increase the range of motion and relaxation.Exercises will increase the muscle strength.Do it for at least 2 weeks.You will get the relief for sure.
Health Tips
At home:- do hot water fomentation twice a day,DO frequent movements of the ankle and foot front and back, rotate the ankles clockwise andanticlockwise at every 2 hours and specially when before you start walking after some rest, dont stand too much, use soft footwear and cushion in the footwear.Avoid excess walking, avoid cold exposure....Thanks

Rest pain in heel can occur due to increased uric acid and can easily be managed with few medicines and physio. Whatever may be the cause, comfortable cushioned footwear helps in all. Learn a few stretching exercises; which you should do after every period of rest, before you begin to walk.

Hi  u change  U  r foot wear. Use mcr sole. R silicon heel pad. Take ultrasonic therapy And wax bath. 5 session.

Hi , your muscles over heels may be getting fatigue, due to over use or tight shoes...please take ultrasound going to near by physiotherapy clinic, the therapist also may give basic preventive excersices of foot or you can visit us acme physio clinic, kalyani nagar, pune
