Bone & Muscle problems

Off late I have been facing this problem of neck pain sometimes stretching to upper shoulders, more in the morning.I also feel a lot of pain while tilting my head in the front.Recently I have put on a lot of pounds as well.

I have thigh pain since 2 years back bt now a days it's goes worst pain is in my inner outer and front of thigh in both leg I did ls mri.. pain is worst when am sleeping sitting.. stretching gives me some relief I did physio bt no relief...pain is start from my groin area than goes to scrotum and than goes to inner thigh... pain is so much in inner thigh. Sometime pain is in my top of thigh portion and than goes to inner thigh...I attach my mri report...I did scrotum usg n all blood test all comes normal..plz help...Thx

Male 31. Zyloric and febuxostat are not resolving my high uric acid problem. Even I am not taking non veg food. Feel pain majorly in feet ankle then fingers and thumb . what may be the root cause? Does homeopathy will help?

I have bearable knee pain in both legs..Male 24 years old. Able to walk and do other activities..But while climbing steps and standing for long time feeling pain.. In MRI report it found that tear in meniscus in both legs. Do I need to take surgery or we can try for physiotherapy. I am attaching my MRI reports. Please advise. Thanks in advance

Hi this is my MRI Report My right knee injured 3 weeks ago and I Immediately Fixing that and Walking with a cane for 3 weeks. Now please more Explain to me Is there a problem and Should I Be Concerned? Can i Do sport After This with High intensity? Please Help Me What should I do? Right Knee Joint MRI: Medial and lateral menisci have normal shape and signal intensities. There is subtle increased T2W & TRIM SI of ACL suspicious for sprain. PCL , MCL , LCL and patellar tendon appear normal. Visualized bones and muscles have normal signal intensities. There is extra-articular edema and moderate knee joint effusion Now After 3 weeks i I go to physical therapy Only in the hamstring and groin i have pain Especially when I bend feet And when the leg is bent more than 90 degrees would feel the pain in the kneecap A little pain on the inside of the knee felt. please tell me What should I do ? Treatment how fast.?Can I do heavy exercise like Running ,Wrestling And Volleryball? Thank you

I have been having neck pain on the left side. I am into business and while working only a little stiffness is noticed. The pain is more only after I sleep and sometimes wake up with pain. I had done massage and physiotherapy and also changed the pillow. It feels OK for a day or two and then I get back the pain. Due to this my morning walk and exercise has become irregular. Please suggest possible cure for this stiffness and pain

Sir my spouse aged 33 suffering the pain and no feeling in her both hand wrist to elbow for that purpose we visit neuro doctor nd the doctor suggest for spine Xray nd CSV neuro test nd in both test doctor don't found any abnormalities again he suggest some blood test and also recommended two medicine ProgabaSR75 & Unicobal this two medicine she take from last two days is it any serious problem?
