Since 2 yr I have feel continue pain over all joint with sweling wihth fever

Pain all over joint is bcoz of rise in uric acid ...plz check your uric acid value. ..increase in uric acid causes pain and stiffness all over joint...which is also known as rheumatoid arthritis. ..
Some exercises for rheumatoid arthritis are.
- active range of exercise of all joint..
- strengthening exercise
- stretching of all joint
- hot formantation is also helpful in decrease pain.
