I have a wrist injury since 2013, which took place during push up exercise. While doing push ups I leaned forward excessively which caused my left wrist to to twist on the dorsal side more than normal.

do u have any pain at rest/ any pain during movement/any swelling/any problem in gripping /any disturbed sensation or any other symptom..what is the problem at present or mention what do you want to know.
If u still have the pain after 3 yrs then u need orthipedic opinion and MRI after the clinical evaluation..u might have injured the TFCC of ur rt wrist which gives pain for a long. Thanks
