Wrist bone suddenly protruding
Below thumb line base side on my wrist small bone is protruding out with little bit pain when I move my wrist from last 5-7 days suddenly. Kindly confirm if it is normal injury or will need cast and surgery.

It's not to worry. It's called ganglion. Use crepe bandage and heating pads twice daily.
