It could very likely be a soft tissue injury or an instability which can get missed on an MRI. Advise you to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for thorough clinical examination especially if it is your dominant hand.
Next Steps
ice and visit an orthopaedic surgeon

Persistent wrist pain despite a normal MRI could be due to soft tissue strain, ligamentous injury that hasn't healed well, joint stiffness post-immobilization, or complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), which sometimes follows trauma
Next Steps
Start wrist physiotherapy for mobility and strengthening.
Health Tips
- Avoid overusing the wrist—wear a soft brace if needed. - Do warm compresses, gentle wrist rotations, and stretches.
