Bone & Muscle problems

I have a history of sciatia when I was 23. Ever since then, I do have complains of muscle pain just before my periods onset. Of late, I am facing issue with my left knee where when I walk, I feel a stitch like sound. My blood reports suggests my vitamin D levels are low. Its above 30.

Experincieng pain in elbow in right hand since 2 days. I am lifting weights but thats only 2.5kg. Is it because of DOMS?

I'm feeling too much in my body & doing treatment from long tym & not getting any relief. Now doing homeopathic medicine but not getting any relief. I'm feeling much pain in my legs, hands, neck even feeling swelling in my neck n fever. Homeopathic Dr. Said me that I have bone TB & gave medicine. I'm taking that medicine from last 1 month n didn't got any relief so I want to consult best ortho Dr. So that I can be better.

My Ankles is swollen from the last 4 months. Its very painful. I am given a ibuprofen medicine for this and an ointment for the same. Ibuprofen 600mg for 3 times a day.

My mother is suffering from severe back pain. Not able to walk properly. Right leg gets numb. We did her Whole spinal MRI and it says severe spinal canal stenosis. She is already suffering from partial paralysis due to brain haemorrhage 6 years back. She is also taking high BP tablets daily. Can anybody tell what should I do? Do we need to go for surgery and what will be the cost? Pl help.

I m suffering from back pain right side can't band my back and having fever over 100 degree F from 10 days I have some acne over this area but after taking skin specialist medicine and consultation the acne were gone but the pain persist it is like a niddle pricking sensation Andrew having muscular pain in that particular area.skin specialist refer me to consult a orthopaedic person. Please guide me. Can't bear the pain I m having a small one year child and nursing her. Due to lock down having problem to visit a doctor. Please help me

I had a injury during the month of March 14 , and went for mri as per doc prescription, and after that I could not able to go for treatment due to the current situation. What will the treatment for it? Ur suggestion are highly appreciable..

Doctor I met with accident 7months ago now I feel the little pain in my wrist at the fracture site and wrist  is swollen is it due to wheather change? I am bit worried because of this swelling after 7 months ... Should I use ice on swelling area ? Please help me doctor... Xray attached

Sir Im having severe pain in calf area, bending area back of knee , thigh Swelling also...especially when i stand or walk. I cannot bend my knee due to pain. Consulted ortho before lockdown period..he did Xray also and prescribed painkiller for 1 month...no relief. I have noticed that there in no sensation on upper side of toe of rt foot As now there is lockdown..what should i do? Thanks
