Bone & Muscle problems

I am having a cervical disc bulge at c4 and c5. I have done physiotherapy session in the past months. The episode started from MAY 2 nd. I am still having mild to heavy pain on left and right shoulder. Also recently I started having leg pain in calves muscle because of which I did an MRI of lumbar spine. In here also I am having a disc bulge at l4 and l5 along with disc diseccation at l4 and l5 level. I am having continous pain in calves muscle in both the legs.

I have severe pain during walk for long on my feets and lower back ... when i sit after walking i am unable to even stand properly due to back pain and ankle pain next morning after sleep i feel normal . I have sitting job pf 8 hrs . Please guide me for the same. As i have consulted with orthopaedists took madicines of vitamin d but no good results are showing .

I am having left side neck pain. Due to this i am getting left eye and left ear pain and left side pain in head. Felling little numbness left side cheek

Hi, my lower back hurts when i stand for some time. But when i sit or lie down i feel no pain. If i walk also it doesn't pain much. The moment i stand straight for some time the pain begin. This all started when i started the gym excercise. I never had such issues in the past. I have high BP for that i take tazloc 40. I have high TSH level i.e. 5, for that i take thyronorm 50 and 75 alternate days. I have pre-diabetes. Please help with my back pain

When I sit long in squat position for desi latrine while I stand up its hard to stand up as my left back knee aches .. Whenever I sit squat position while standing left knee aches... I am so tense... I have run trial next month.. Please help

Hlo Recently 21 days ago my right foot ankle was injured and doctor suggest me to do a plaster. Yesterday my plaster was removed after 21days. I am sharing my x ray images please see the pictures is my bone is healed properly. And also after removing plaster my skin becomes darken and thick from the right ankle so is there any exercises for that.

I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain since one month which aggravates as the day progresses. I was detected with cervical spondylitis and given physiotherapy and following exercise since then. Recently I have got myself MRI scan done. Please let me know what the attached reports indicate? Do I require surgery?
