I consulted ortho doctor he told slipped disk. I need to go out of station in car after 3days. Please suggest me what exercises and rules I have to follow

I was operated on left femur neck for DHS around 1.7 yrs back and now in cold the pain is dull and yesterday for moving two things I lifted some weight from that time the pain is little more.the muscle catch also have happend in opposite side of affected area,should I go for DHS removal and complications and recovery time.

I have been suffering from joint pain in my fingers and toes for the past 8 months. The pain comes and goes on its own accord. There has been some swelling in my palm. And also growth of some nodules around the wrist and palm. My reports for CRP, RF, ANA, ANTI Ccp have all come back negative. Vitamin b12 was sufficient, vitamin d was low for this I am taking supplements. On my finger joints I can feel the bone below almost like it has swollen or grown . Can someone tell me what am I suffering from?

I'm having thyroid and feeling stiffness in hands ..also having pain in knees .. doc suggested defcart 6mg .. since two months I have been using it. M having periods issue .it's not regular .and m feeling uneasiness because of it. Can I stop defcart now.?

I've been punching the wall as the part of my Boxing training to condition my knuckles. After some time it seems that my middle knuckle of right hand has flattened and is dislocated. As you can see the middle knuckle of left hand is pointed and more natural while the right one has flattened out. Please suggest me the treatment for this condition or is this something natural?
