As the reports of mri says partial thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon and the tear is of 11mm .does this requires surgery

Hi I'm feeling very week with moderate body pains. Hands legs and back. I have not stepped out of home for the last 3-4 weeks. Using medicine for GERD. (Omez D). Started multivitamin tablets 1 a say since yesterday.

Feeling pain in both shoulder also pain in back bone and both legs bow knee I am also patient is sugar fasting sugar is 120 app

Fell while running on roadside. Doctor has adjusted and put bandage. When can i start gym, pull-ups .. badminton? Attached pre and post adjusted x Ray.

Have pain ( some times severe) in Ribs (Upper chest and left is the most) , Shoulders ,Neck ,Back of the head ,Side head ,Hands and also tooth sensitivity  . Some uneasyness in stomach.All these occurs daily .All the symptoms are majorly left side and less seen on right part . Had Vit D deficiency and B12 , 3 months back but after medication they are back to normal .But symptoms still persists .Not sure it is because of the deficiency . Consulted doctor again and as prescribed started taking Vit D( Weekly) tablets ,VitB12(daily) and OsteoFit Max (Daily) .This is from last 4 days . Exposing to sunlight morning daily from 4 days . So far no improvement . please help me . 1)How much does it take for these medicines to Start showing improvement . 2) Are symptoms correlating to any other issue . If any  pattern from these symptoms, please guide me to test/check them . 3) Any suggestions . PLEASE HELP NOTE : Last week had ECG ,TMT tests done .Last month Echo .All reports are normal .

I met with an accident on 3/01/2020.my left leg from ankel to below knee got so pressed out by my scooty due to external pressure of trucks break . After five days got to know cellulitis has took place in my foot . On the same area there was a black patch which created water bubble like texture . So it was being dressed regularly along with cellulitis treatment . Cellulitis was cured but that bubble area had a patch in center . So it was dressed every day . Through MRI scan got to know some fluids have come out nd entered into muscle . Later the black patch turned into heavy puss from inside. So that infection was removed surgically, along with that fluid were also removed. Now the wound has closed but paining internally like earlier .so got ESR and CRP test done yesterday now infection level is 24 . It's been a month I'm not using any medicine.what to do ?

I recently asked a question that i am suffering from thoraco I sprain ..can i do skipping i.e jump ropes but every doctor said it to avoid skipping...any other exercise woh reducing weight that can be done by someone who is suffering from thoraco lumbar sprain?

I have pain on my left toe from yesterday. Whenver i try io walk or out pressure on it it hurts. I used ice pack for some time the pain eases but again it erups and also appliedturmeric lime mixture on it. Whenever i put on leg down it starts hurting.

I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis past 12 year. In 2014 i am diagnosed with TB, after TB treatment i couldn't walk without support, my spinal core bent down, my body flexibility go down and i always have pain in my joints & lower back. In past 6 year i took allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda treatment but no improvement.
