I am suffering from thoraco lumbar sprain from almost an year now i was wondering can i do plank exercise?

You should get an X-ray done ...if done kindly share the X-ray images

Yes u can and u should Start early morning with back strengthening excercise For now take Tab Zerodol MR twice daily for 5 days Tab Prebag NT once in night for 15 days
