Lumbar lordosis loss is seen
Sir, i'm facing lower back pain from several weeks i went to a doctor and he told me to get a x ray copy then i took a x-ray and the reports say i have (lumbar lordosis loss) i'm taking tolpazen as directed by my physician i want to know in this stage can i go to the gym and can lift iron weights and how will i get rid of this pain??

Hi there Loss of lordosis is common and sometimes associated with muscle tightness...which is why u would have back pain on and off....
Next Steps
at this stage it is not very advisable to workout with weights in the gym...for furthur advice and cure do resort back with xray report.
