Back pain ( lower back pain)
I am having back pain from 6 months. Feels uncomfortable when I sleep or sit. Also I get my Xray done and the reports says that there is straightening of lumbar lordosis. Earlier the pain was till right lower back but now the pain extended to hamstrings. Please can you tell do I need medication or only exercise is enough?

Don't ignore if back pain persists for more than a month. Possible causes include disc herniation as well as spondylitis. A short course of nerve medicines is probably needed followed by specific back exercises.
Next Steps
Consult with a pain management doctor.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weight and bending forward
