Hello.
Yes you surely need to get an Xray and an MRI and you need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
The pain you are experiencing may be due to a disc bulge which might be pressing on one of your nerve root.
If the pain is so severe it’s better to get an MRI done
Next Steps
Until you get an MRI done. Kindly follow the below steps
1) Bed rest for 15days
2) avoid- weight lifting, forward bending and 2wheeler travel
3) analgesics with muscle relaxant
4) get an MRI
As your vitamin d is too low I would suggest you to take vitamin d injection to fill the stores and then maintain them
Avoid bending forward do not lift heavy weight lie on hard matters.
X Ray of lumbosacral spine recommended
Better to take bed rest for 2 weeks and when pain improves start physiotherapy
Avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Don’t sit for more time at a stretch, take frequent breaks
Get mri lumbar spine and consult orthopedic surgeon soon
Next Steps
maintain spine in straight posture and avoid forward bending and lifting weights
sleep on hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees
avoid driving 2 wheelers and avoid sitting for longer duration and stretch body at regular intervals
