D3 deficiency
I am suffering from D3 deficiency it's around 13 when I have done test in 2017 now I have 2 botal depura syrup of 5 ml I want to Ask you how to take it whole 5 ml and one ml each weak

For correcting deficiency recommendations r 60k IU per wk  for 10 wk  and maintenance  dose subsequently.

You had deficiency in 2017, were you treated for the same then. Do you have any symptoms now?

Take Sunbath or exposed to sunlight atleast for 15 to 20 minutes a day Vit D rich foods Some sort of exercise daily for at least 30 minutes

You have to take 60000 units per week. See the contents of the medication you have. If each 5ml contains 60000 units of Vitamin D then take entire 5ml once per week You can consult me online and I can see you for your orthopedic problems and guide you on video call for medications also. Thank you
