My mother whos is 49 years old is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and having pain in the joints of fingers mainly ...what to do with that

I got pain in right jaw near ear while chewing since last 4-5 days. Pain is high in morning even i can't chew food and it becomes low as day pass. But next morning again become high. What is couse of this and what home remedies i can use to overcome this pain?

There is a muscle loss in left hand and unable to move fingers easily. Small finer condition is more sever.

Her history is she is suffering from back pain and daignosed for lumbar spin issue and slip discs. Suggested for operation but due to COVID we are unable to go hospital. The arm pain is so sever she cant able to sleep and increases in night time. Please suggest me
