I am having pain in lower back especially when I sit on flat surface( this doesn't allow me to sit longer than 30 minutes and badly affects my studying) or when I cough or sneeze.
What to do kindly suggest specific exercise or method.
No pain While walking.
Can i do cycling and running in such conditions.
