Sir, I have been suffering from back pain since 20 days. I have taken almost rest and also taken medicine as prescribed by doctor and presently I am taking only one medicine Nortipan M which is for 7 days more and also taken another medicine as prescribed by doctor. My query are; 1.Presenly ,I have minor pain on back side. How long I will be fully recovered from back pain? Or I take rest? 2.Can I now go to office by scooter ?(or I should use car). 3.Should I continue use hot water fumetation? 4.Can I bend or can I sit on chair for long time?

My mother is having pain,below right knee while bending her leg. She fell of on road while walking about 12 days ago,since the she is feeling pain...Pain is more on muscles than bone. A week ago when I woke up in the morning, my left shoulder was hurting. When I tried lifting my left hand it really hurts in the left shoulder joint and its radiating to the upper arm. If I massage the shoulder joint and press it and move my hand it doesn't hurt but once I let go of the shoulder joint and try lifting my hand it hurts again.
