Swelling is evident.
1 Apply ice packs thrice daily for 8-10 days.
2. Tie lightly the 3 and 4 digit together, with a tape for support for 2-3 weeks depending on recovery.
3. Tab Enzomac forte twice daily for 7 days and tab ultracet (SOS) will be helpful.

If no bony injury then rest, ice application, analgesics as required & then gradual mobilisation
