pain after injury and difficulty in moving the fingers canbe because of any small hair line cracks in the bones of the fingers / swelling in the soft tissue of the fingers . to rule out the conditions u need to get an x ray done and consult an orthopaedic surgeon. ice pack, and elevation of the affected hand will help decrease the swelling.
Health Tips
avoid lifting weights, bike riding

You need to consult a Orthopaedic doctor and get yourself examined and take further treatment.
