I had met an accident and fell done from bike that time my wrist and outside palm was swollen after some treatment my swelling was reduced but now I am not able to fist my hand strongly and I am feeling some soun(Broken knuckles)from shoulder Bone keys but no pain involved. Hi, My mother has been recently diagnosed with ankel arthritis. Her left leg was already injured back in her childhood, no tissues or muscles can be found except a vein that carries blood with less pressure. My mother was lean at her young age but as she grew her body weight drastically increased. Because of this her left leg started giving troubles like pain and swelling. Due to her left leg, her right leg ankel too started swelling. Right now she is in a condition that if she does not intake tablet then she can't walk and the swell develops but with tablets the swell reduces and she feels no pain, yet she feels that the legs get tired if stood for a period of 5-10 mins. While the tablets gives temporary relief, I am afraid if that could cause any other side effects. As I am aware, there is no cure for ankel arthritis, please give me guidance for any alternatives. I have attached the tablets that she consumes for ankel arthritis and x-ray

Hi, I have uneven shoulder and sides. Left side of ribcage is tighter and looks smaller the right side Is weak and wider. I had bike accident some years ago and also posture problem after joining in IT. How to fix it ? I am doing workouts but dont know how to fix these issues. My RA factor is positive at around 80. ESR is 24 Anti CCP , CRP, Uric acid , CBC are within required range. Pain is only in one hand after I sprained it and it has not improved with Nsaid s medication.MRI shows subtle synovial thickening and joint Fluid. Is this RA considered very High? Do I have arthritis or is this because of trauma Kindly advise

Hello Dr Im hvg pain in my right lower leg from past 1month. My orthopaedic prescribed caldikind plus, evion lc for 2mths nd miofree a 4 for 15days nd if pain persists then to do venous doppler. The doppler test was normal but i hv pain on nd off even now. Dr asked me to stop miofree nd continue with other meds nd to take miofree only if there is severe pain. My pain isn't severe but there is pain while standing nd lot of discomfort. My weight is betn 79-80kgs. No excercise nd no walks. Lot of stress due to which i feel breathlessness on nd off . Visits chest physician once a while. Hysterectomy was done in 2011 due to multiple fibroids, ovaries r intact, in 2005 had TB in ureter nd was operated in 2006 . Dome part of the ureter had to b cut off due to strictures nd boari flap is fitted. In 2017again had infection in ureter nd some part had to b cut off. Urine infection is on nd off. Right now having meds like Alesa probiotic. Menopausal symptoms on nd off. Taking thyronorm50 5daysweek
