My father in law has problem in his knees ..like he has heavy feel in knee and sometime have feelings like jalan type in knee... Why is it so...
We live in Pune and not possible to visit hospital ...what to do...

Dear,
You can try calcium, Vit D3 and B12 tablets with joint supplements. But we need to ascertain if it is knee only problem or hip or even spine (many times hip and spine problems radiate to knee)

Does he has any difficulty in getting up from bed or sitting crosslegged.??
Any swelling in knees.??
Most probably he has got Osteoarthritis of knees ( age related degeneration of cartilage ( greasing material) leading to rubbing of bones of joint leading to burning pain .
