Knee pain in my right knee from doing functional exercise at home for the last 10 days I want to understand how to mould my exercise routine

From the past few years i am facing an issue regarding joint noise and cracking everytime when i used to do workout, daily routine activity etc. As i am 23 years old young guy having such problems in early stage. Is it is a serious problem? Please doctors guide me.

8 months before I had diabetes doctor tested now I am 28 years old but now blood sugar level normal I have some pain in underfoot front portion not in foot fingers some burning sensation is there

Pain while twisting wrist. Seems to be pain in the nerve.i can't twist the wrist and if I try it gives severe pain.

I have a sprained neck accompanied by a tight throat with difficulty swallowing in certain head positions. What could be the reason?

I HAVE UNDERGONE L1 FRACTURE ON SECOND WEEK OF JANUARY... Initially doctor gave me physiotherapy and limited walking from fourth or fifth day of my fracture with brace... Now I am walking with LS belt.. During walking I hardly feel any pain... Doctor told me that it is healing... But often I feel pain in my lower back ( in L4-L5 region... Which sometimes travels to hips, lower abdomen in waist line area and illiac crest area...i am a marketing professional... My job covers extensive travelling... I wnt to know whether I will be fully fit again like earlier, still when pain will continue... Can I drive car, can I ride  bike?? I am not able to bend forward...will this cause any big problem in future... Plz help me. Attached is my CT scan film.

Doctor recommended megaflexon tablet. Could you please inform the dosage of that tablet She is diabetic

I am suffering from lower back pain since one and half years. Only pain in lower back. When I sit at least one or two hours pain occur. When I am in rest pain cure. I visited 3 orthopedic doctor on the basic of x ray 2 doctors told don't worry u are ok. But 3rd doctor told me it is pars interarticular defect in L5 S1. And This defect is by birth so i told him before I never suffer from lower back pain then he told me it occur mostly above 25 years and this pain start when I do shirshasan and play hide and seek with me please suggest what is this and if it is pars interarticular defect then how it cures please guide me it's a request.

MY ESR TEST is 18 and im having back pain at center ,when I sleep it doesn't let me sleep some kind of discomfort and in morning I am having back pain while waking up. I can do all types of works no effect  but when I lie down on bed somè kind of discomfort.
