Bone & Muscle problems

I have upper back pain (below neck) and doctor told it is Trapezius muscle compression and not disc bulge issue and suggested for using Tendocare tablets , architol nano. I don't see specific issue so far . How many days should we use Tendocare ?And also Physiotherapy . Does Tendocare give any side effects or it increases strength in joints ??

Pain in the left leg Nerve(longest nerve which passes from the back to the lower part of the leg through knee) with a little research I got a doubt that it may be sciatica (Sciatica pain) Can you please Suggest the treatment

When I do trek or walk on up hills for long time I am getting pain on my lower hip(attached image for exact spot of pain[red mark]) on both sides. This happen only when I do walk for really long time maybe after 5hrs of walk. Feel like I can't able to move my leg because of such pain something like cramp on hip. Please tell me what might me the cause or how to prevent this. Because I am going for long trek(2 days) in next 15 days.

I got accident on november-3-2019 and surgeon did surgery with plate and screw on november-9-2019. After one month still i cannt walk or stand up. How much its take to feel my leg properly. I am trying to rotate my leg as physiotherapist says while sit down i can touch floor with my foot.i want to know how much its take time to walk with and without support.please ans me with your experience.i include two picture one before surgery and one after one month of surgery. I had teared up my ankle ligaments after falling down while playing football. Upon consulting the doctor, he plastered my ankle and advised me rest alongside medicines. I am attaching herewith the prescription paper. He further told me to visit again after 10 days for changing up of plaster which would be put on for a further of 10 days. He told me after these 20 days with the plaster, he would tie a supportive belt around my ankle for another 7 days or so. As of now 11days have passed with the first plaster and I feel that the injury has healed up by 90percent. Also, there is very little pain around the ankle at present. Now, I have three questions to ask:- 1. Whether I should continue with the present plaster itself for another 10 days alongside the prescribed medicines, and then get it removed after a total of 20 days? Or do i need to change it right now? 2. Can i get it removed right now altogether and massage it at home? 3. Is physiotherapy necessary after removal of plaster?

I feel that my bones are weak they are paining when applying little pressure. both hands and legs mostly what is test needed for determination of this problem please guide

For past some days I have started to develop pain on outer side of my left foot toe. Did a uric acid test and it is on margin. Suggest a medicine to control or remediate. Also, suggest precautions to avoid for future. Thank you!

My foot little finger is paining from last 3 months. I have gone through all the neurological test is normal, even doppler test is normal. Now my finger is becoming purple in colour and paining too much. Colour change to normal after few walks but pain still continue. X ray is also normal.

Hello Dear Doctors, My father had pain in bottom area of his back due to lifting heavy weight few years ago, from last two months he fell unconsciousness in his left leg's two or three fingers, gastrocnemius muscle and pains in joint of femur bone and pelvic bone. He can walk and during rest he does not feels much like that but generally he does not feels comfortable since last two or three months. Please advise me what to do? Thanks in advance
