I am having pain behind anus or may be coccyx region. The pain is not permanent it starts only when i press the site or if it gets pressed somehow in sitting etc. I had pimple on left buttock near coccyx region and after that i am experiencing this problem. I am currently doing some pelvic floor exercises since about 1 or 2 weeks like pelvis lifting, squats so i want to know that can they cause pain in coccyx region? I didn't fall down or had injury like that. My weight is approx 70 with height 5 feet 4.5 inches.

It's called coccydynia.
As your doing pelvic floor excersies and their pimple near area.
That area is inflammed and indurated due to pelvic muscle tightness cause ( inflammation ) and pimple is causing (Induration)
Next Steps
stop the pelvic excersies for few weeks.
give rest to that area.
avoid weight lifting/ squatting / sitting on hard surface
apply ice to that area. thrice per/day.,( do not apply directly to skin put in thin cloth )
no gel or any ointment for that area .
along with above things u need sacrococcygeal pillow to avoid pressure in the coccyx region while sitting .
pain medicine and medicine to reduce swelling cause due to inflammation can be discussed on online consultation as we need to give proper prescription.
or visit your local doctor.
