My 11 year old daughter has pain in tailbone. X ray results mention- 'coccyx shows longitudinal clefting which appears to be congenital variation.'
I understand that this is a birth defect. Doctor has advised to avoid sitting on hard surfaces and use a pillow for sitting while in school, since the benches are wooden.
I need to know if there is any thing else that can be done besides taking care of her sitting and standing posture which seems to aggravate the problem more.
Thanking you.
