Pain in tailbone
Hello doctors, I recently slipped on a muddy surface and fell on my bum. Now I'm feeling mild pain in my tailbone while sitting. What could be the medications I can take, how long does it take to heal. Precautionary, I'm using a coccyx cushion and trying not to put any pressure on the tailbone area. Please help. I'm really concerned.

It usually takes a couple of months to subside. If the pain is unbearable, then you can take an injection in that area which will alleviate the pain for the duration it takes to heal. But most importantly, get a proper consultation done.
Next Steps
take a proper orthopaedic consultation
Health Tips
avoid putting pressure on the area, like while passing stools or sitting on it
