Tailbone pain
I fell down on my tail bone 2 weeks back. Got my xray done. No fracture or crack. I'm feeling weak and I get pain in the back of my foot sometimes when I stand suddenly. I get numbness also in my legs.

You seem to be having coccygodynia along with a little disc pain based on description. It would be better to connect with a pain management specialist and get it treated
