If this pain is not because of fall then its coccydynia. Either a inflammation or infection. Please do investigate yourself and see a spine surgeon to be sure. Having said that use Doughnut shaped pillow strictly for 3 months whenever you are sitting. Avoid travelling and sitting on hard surfaces.Whenever possible stand and work. You will need analgesics for a weeks time for inflammation to subside. If its coccydynia it will come down on its own by 3 months time.
Next Steps
coccyx standing and sitting X ray.  If needed MRI

Is this first time? You must rule out other diagnosis of such pain like infection. If infection is not there, you can simply take analgesics, ice  application and do some measures that can help. Use cushion for sitting, available on amazon. Even soft pillow can do the work. But you must rule out infection (like plinoidal sinus), visit the doctor once.
Next Steps
Visit to the doctor (general surgeon/ orthopedician)
Health Tips
must avoid sitting on hard surfaces in any situation.
