My left leg calcaneus fractured as I fell from about 10ft height on 26th Jan & operated on 29th Jan. After 6 weeks (on 17th March) plaster removed. When can I put weight on it ? How much time usually it takes for recovery?

I have pain above knee at thighs below buttock. In the night around. 2.00 to 4.00 and in the morning when passing stool . I dont know the reason . It is for last six months. Than I sit on chair and get relief. after 5.15 minutes or I stretch legs standing for 5 to 15 minutes

PAIN IN BACK NECK
I get pain every 2-3 months on back side of the neck. The neck becomes stiff from right side. Unable to rotate and very painful. Is this because of using a pillow at night ? Approx 5-6 days after it becomes normal. Is it related to spondlysis ? Or just a muscle pain ?

Neck pain , mild irritating nerve pain
I had a neck pain for last 2 months , now its come down after using medication , but still some mild irritating pain is there , like pin pain with burning sensation . Took MRI scan , Some doctors saying mild issue , others saying noting in MRI. I am confused with this mild pain.Any Experienced doctor Suggestions welcome.
