Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctors I got hit by a chair in the office on the front of the right knee. After consulting a doctor and getting my MRI scan done it was confirmed that I have a grade 1 ACL sprain and a horizontal tear in the medial meniscus in the posterior horn. It has been a month and a half and I have been doing all the physiotherapy exercises for hamstrings and quadriceps as directed by physiotherapist. I can walk now without any pain but there is no stability and I can feel that my leg is loose at the joint. Should I continue the physiotherapy exercises or get Arthroscopy done? Please suggest. My right acl was torn one year back and i was treated with prp injection but still even now i can't run and i still feel disturbance in the knew, My doctor says it's because of weak knew it'll be ok with proper exercise, even though I have been working on the given exercises it is still the same, what might be the reason??

I have a tibial condyle fracture which occured 12 yrs ago.On and off sometimes like once a year I suffer pain in the joint.When I have consulted by doctor before I prescribed Jointace DN super and once he prescribed Tendocare. What is the difference between two? Which one is better?

Hello sir I am getting knee pains sometimes, is it normal or I need to take any medication to improve my bone strength.

I got accident and broke my right femur. And surgery done at 9-11-2019 its more than one month i cannt bend my leg and cannt walk till now. I want to know when can i walk again here is photos of xray after surgery and after on month of surgery.help me to know about the xray and when i will able to bend my knee properly and walk again. If you able to fix my leg fast let me know i want to consult an expert.

I got my MRI done and everything is normal even the medial collateral ligament...dont know the reason behind the nerve subluxation though it happened after joining the gym...doctor advised surgery but why surgery when MRI shows everything is fine...what should I do?
