Lower back pain
I had c sec one year ago from last 6 months i am getting sever pulling type of lower back pain that too only at early morning time..i was unable to sleep...the pain is at only one point its like pulling...as soon as i get up and walk there is no pain and there is no pain in the day time i am getting only at early morning...what is the reason...what to do please suggest me

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Your pain is due to weak lumbar paraspinal muscles  which goes into spasm causing pain. Also during pregnancy the ligaments of pelvis become weak causing back pain. You needs to connect with me on Practo chat for further detailed discussions.

According to your history you are suffering from back muscle spasm recurrently which is not related to your c section and spinal injection
Next Steps
Keep one pillow below both of your knees while sleeping it will reduce space back of your spine and bed mattress so you feel better while sleeping

There could be deficiency of b12 and d3 as well. You should get it checked. I would like to know more about the pain. Get back to me on practo.
