Back And Neck Pain From Last 6 Months
I am suffering from back and neck pain from last 6 months,I consulted the orthopedic doctor regarding this and he told me to do blood test and various tests. In the report it was found that my uric acid was high (7.0). Doctor advised me some medication and precautions. But still after taking medication and precautions my back pain is still not cured. Hi So firstly we need to evaluate the cause of back and neck pain. It could be most commonly due to a bad posture and lack of exercises. You need to start with stretching exercises, take muscle relaxants and apply hot packs over the lower back area. At the same time we need to evaluate you for medical causes of back pain. Uric acid levels are on the higher side but you can bring it to normal levels by lifestyle modifications such as low protien diet.
Next Steps
Get X-rays of Lumbar and Cervical spine (AP & Lateral views), S.Vitamin-D3 levels, HLA B-27 tests.
Health Tips
Sit with a straight back, avoid slouching, don't sit continously for more than 1 hour (take breaks in between).
