Back pain - left side - upper or midddle
My age 47, weight 77.5, taking hypertension medication (Espin 2.5) in morning, no other health issues, I lost 12 kg weight in last three months with proper diet and 30 min exercise (brisk walking and free excercises only) My back is paining since three days whenever I sit. (left side - upper or middle level). Pains are not severe but keep on paining continuously (mild) only when in sitting position. (sitting straight or while working on laptop). Also, it pains sometimes (mild) if I bend while in standing position. While walking and doing some light exercise no pains at all. Even in sleeping position no pains. I sprayed "move" pain spray on back today and yesterday, but no effect. Please suggest whether I should wait and watch/ rest or I should take any medication or checkup.
