Persistent upper back pain
It feels like sprain but its there for almost 4 days and still paining, at left upper back as well as neck joint in spine and left hand knee and left leg knee. Tried hot water pack, which temporarily gives relief. Can you tell me the reason or remedy?

Hot water should give good relief. Do it 2 3 times a day. Also apply any gel like volini or moov. Avoid exercises, bending forward and squatting. You might need vitamin supplements as well.
