Muscle pull in left Bum
Hi.. abt 2 months back I felt I pulled a muscle in my left bum while lifting weights sideways... I thought it ll go away in few days. But still the pain persists.. if I press that place I won't feel much pain but in few posture s I feel the pain n a little pull.. especially in the morning times.. Pls suggest what should be done..
