Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Dr... I am suffering from pain and stiffness in joints mainly in knee and wrist...pls suggest which type of medicine is good for me...As RF is also positive

On 23rd November 2019, a safety pin accidentally got pierced into my forefinger. IAt was paining heavily with little blood. The pain did not heal completely, although it was so less that I ignored it. After few days, again severe pain started in the same finger that I found it difficult to sleep as well. Slowly, the pain started in my thumb as well. It became so unbearable that if anythng ever hit it, it was unbearable. I has combiflam and citrizen and even used bandage. It was fine then for few days. But now again the pain has started in my 3rd finger i.e. middle finger as well including forefinger and thumb and is highly uncomfortable and thus affecting my daily chores as well. I am afraid that it might get extended to other two fingers as well. I am not able to understand why this is happening or wether it will destroy all my fibgers in near future.

My mother feels pain on right  hip and slowly pain shifted from hip to  back of the thigh starting from  hip to above knee from a month . What should we do now? Please help

Almost a week..Pain started in lower inner leg most likely after resuming cycling (only 2 days) after very long time 3rd day pain started... its been a week have taken. Ethoshine MR Tablet morning and evening 5 days.. while under medication was freling good and kept on walked ..now can feel pain in same area, cLf muscle backside of knee and innerinner thigh when leg is bend.

My friend get backpain while performing excercise his body get bit tilt toward left side due to pain he is in serious pain his body get swelled he is even not able to walk He also get back pain before this bt that time its very normal he use move and the pain goes away bt this time its nt working he is in this pain from around 1 week plzz help He also consult a had vaidya he message that area for 2 days bt he still don't get any relief from the pain kindly help

Pain on left side of neck and at centre of the chest breast bone. Underwent traction and ultrasound therapy twice. Pain appears suddenly n subsides in about 10 mins. Sometimes fresh ginger helps relieve the pain.

C/O Knee pain Slight swelling in knee X-ray of knee was done shows significance of OA changes. Please provide all information including all possible ways of treatment and if any further investigations required.

Little pain in left shoulder,left hand thumb joint and left side neck pain. No pain while working but still feel pain "In left Hand and Neck lift side Halka khichao and in left leg also feel like weekness" Sometimes left hand shaking

Hi, I am feeling weekness in thigh, and biceps muscles since last 3-4 months.  Sometimes more fatigue and tired feeling. When I take ORS and any liquids.like coconut water I feel ok. I just started taking vitamin D (it's been 2 doses per two weeks). Full corse suggested is for 6 weeks. Now I am feeling ok but still intermittently I am getting this weekness. Kindly suggest accordingly.

I have severe pain in my right hand elbow. It hurts even in arms when stretched. Can't hold anything tightly or put pressure from right hand. Pls help
