I have pain in both my arms (from elbow joints to little & ring fingers). Irritating sensations, and numbness. What to do?.

Hello, There can be a couple of diagnosis as per the syndrome you described... Most commonly it may be; Carpal tunnel syndrome: in this there is never compression of the median nerve cause the same symptoms... But still more history needs to be asked.
