Bone & Muscle problems

Gt fracture in humerus bone attaching 5 week xray . Fracture operated non surgical procedure. After 5 week doc suggested to do the exercises. In 6 week I can abduct and flex my arm till 90 degree. I just want to ask is fracture heals properly till what time I will gain full motion. I'm also attaching 1 day xray report

I am having lower back pain from last 1year. I feel uncomfortable whlie standing or sitting for more than 20 -25 mins. When I wake up in the morning Pain also remains same. Also I feels tired and sleepy most of the time. Kindly suggest.

12th Feb I had an bike accident and got tibia feature. Gave x-ray pics. Dr. First did half plaster and then full plaster cast. But had some problems with cast so had to remove that. Again they did plaster cast. But this also I feel problem. I feel my ankle going down and fracture site is loose. Is it possible like this. I'm feeling very uncomfortable 😔.

Want to undergo shoulder surgery, where injury happened long back and frequently shoulder dislocation happened.

1)Present my age is 22 and i had acl tear from 5 years iam ready for surgery on next month ,..>...>..2) i am eligable for EmployeeHealthSceem(EHS) and the acl surgery is free of cost but my doctor told if i put some extra cost around 40 to 60 thousand ,some biadiograrable swrews and some bette "implants" were used for acl reconstruction>>> WHAT IS THE difference between ehs provide implants provided by a government and , extra cost implements which one of them is better ?? Is government EHS provided are bad ?>3)and my last question is iam a lso a good played heavly sports person what implants are better for me ,what would be the cost of best implants in urs cost??

I am having back ache since one month. After completing my daily chores whenever I lay back or get some rest I feel excrutiating pain in my back. Or whenever anyone touches my back. Is this an serious issue ? Please suggest.

I am Experiencing Morning Middle Back Pain at a Point that is Slightly spreading . I'm Having more pain in early morning after 10-15 min Pain will be Vanished. The  rest of the Day if I bend forward experiencing very little pain at a single point and Morning 4AM I can experience this type of Pain. I have used Painkiller it is working but I don't want to use Tablets. Please suggest me sir/Mam.

I have a problem in my leg it pains very severly from few days, i fail to understand why its happening, is it because of lack of nutrition or what kindly help asap

I have a severe pain on my back and sometimes suddenly it occurs at both sides of the stomach specially at the time sleeping of sleeping. I have applied volini hot water bottle but of no use. Kindly advice.

Had a traumatic fall on 11/01/20.. Pain had decreased gradually... Conservatively treated... Wore Taylors brace belt for two months... Now on LS belt... Previously I used to smoke... But now I don't smoke... Now I feel pain in my lower back in the L4 or L5 area and just to the side of that while getting up from sitting position or from bed. Or during bending forward slightly... Apart from this there is disc protrusion seen in L5-S1 area.. But no pain in my legs or buttocks... No other neurological problem... My job required extensive travelling... Can I ride bike again? Can I play football again... Becoz it's my main hobby.. Will this fracture will create any problem in future... From when can I start playing football once again?? Attaching my recent CT scan ...
