3 days ago, i got small accident with my bike. and my fingure was jerk. i didnt fell much at that time. but after 3-4 hours it starts swelling. now 3 days are gone still swelling is some how same. also shows some greenish colour. My fingure is moving half only. please suggest

Hello, My husband had grade 2 mcl sprain in right knee, last july 2019 while gymming. We had done the MRI and it was grade 2 ligament tear. Doctor had asked to use knee cap. Had again consulted a month back and he was advised some exercises and to take collagen af sachets. But till now his knee pains towards the end of the day. Please advise if it's serious. And what is to be done in next steps. I am really worried ,he is suffering from knee pain at such young age. Thanks in advance ..
