How can i know if my pelvic floor is weak or not? And can i do kegels, sqats, bridge, squeeze and release exercises for pelvic floor?

Hello, You are concerned about your pelvic floor muscles. Why do you think they are weak? Any particular reason? You can start squats and hip strengthening exercises. Kegels, bridge and all will help to strengthen your muscles.. You can do specific exercises for pelvic floor muscles too

Hello. Why do you feel your pelvic floor is weak. You can start squats and hip strengthening exercises.. kegels, bridge and all will primarily help to strengthen your lower back muscles.. but ultimately all these will help to have a strong pelvic floor as well..

It is always better to do these exercises under the guidance of a trainer /instructor to avoid any sprain or strain...
