Have had tingling in thigh from the past month so can't sleep at nights and lower back pain and stiffness too !! Started to take Tab.Pregalin XSR 75 , Methycobal , zerodol th from a week but it's still there !! What is this I'm facing ? Can I workout at home with this or I need bed rest ?

After going through your complaints I understand you are having pain pain in the right leg up to the thigh. You have not mentioned the onset of the pain and previous history of backache. As the pain is not relieved for the last one month inspire of the medications you are taking, I feel you should be investigated with mri of the lumbar spine. You mentioned about workout I didn’t not understand what you mean by workout. If you mean doing gyming, refrain.
