Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. I have been experiencing persistent tingling/pricking sensation (jhanjhanahat) in the sole of my foot for the past few days. It is mainly present from the forefoot/toes area towards the middle of the sole. I do not have significant pain or weakness, but the tingling sensation is persistent. It started after I suddenly increased my walking to around 10,000 steps per day. I have tried rest and warm/cold water therapy, but there has been no significant improvement so far.
Could you please advise what could be causing this and whether I need any examination or blood tests such as
Vitamin B12,
Vitamin D, blood
sugar, etc.? Also, please let me know if I should continue walking/exercising or take rest for now
