My mother is using rosehip extract suggested by her doctor and I am unable to find same capsule locally. Whatever composition I am getting is missing selenium 65 mcg in it's composition what my mother is right now taking. Please suggest if I can go with that. I was diagnosed with ulnar nerve subluxation in my right elbow  4 months back...doctor advised me surgery back then...but with nerve gliding and elbow tricep strengthening exercises the snapping is less frequent and tingling of fingers is almost gone...I am on holidays and can only afford a surgery during this time...shall I go for it? Also I want to be regular at gym after getting done with this issue.

I had sinus infection and migraine a week back. I used to have heavy lower back pain since a long time but recently my neck has started paining after sitting in office chair. The pain starts in the middle of back and radiates to neck, back of head, shoulder, and sometimes arms. There is a strain like discomfort while bending my neck down to see something and slight throbing sensation in back of head like the base of neck. With random neck turning there is a stinging pain in neck and back of head. I am scared is this muscle strain? It does not happen when I am home only happens during office days. Please help...

Hi, 3 months ago, I hit my finger and since there's a slight bump on the upper most joint of my ring finger! I feel the pain in the finger when I lift something heavy. Also, there's a slight bump at the upper most part of the finger. The ring finger hurts when I try to bend it! Also it doesn't bend smoothly!

I am suffering from Shoulder impingement syndrome.  I am doing physio therapy exercises since last 5 months for rotator cuff movement. Pain is 90% relieved. Can i start weight training in gym.

Dear Sir/Madam, It's been 7 months since i twisted my right ankle (while landing after a jump) when I was playing badminton. MRI scan report taken after a month post injury said I had grade 1 and grade 2 ligament tears and micro fractures in talus bone. Visited a couple of orthopedics who suggested me to wear an ankle binder , keep ice packs and prescribed collagen tablets . Swelling has come down by almost 90% but I keep getting on and off pain and a feeling of discomfort while walking especially on any uneven surface and while doing strengthening excercise. Last week I have taken six sessions of physiotherapy as well which included cold laser, IFT, short wave diathermy and ultrasound but to no much benefit. As I badly want to get back to sports what should I do  ? 1) Should I have gotten a cast right after injury instead of an ankle binder? 2) Why is it taking so long to completely recover. Is it because the ligament tear has not healed properly? 3) How much walking is recommended?

Not able to sit down while walking while standing when i get up if i m sitting on floor not able to stand straight feeling severe pain. Need help for the same
