Leg pain, dizzyness, tired
I feel tired all the time.. severe leg pain ,back pain.. at night muscle pain.. sometimes headache also I hv attached my vitamin B12 ,vitamin D and thyroid reports. Can someone plz help me ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Your thyroid level are normal range ( r u taking medicine??. You r grossly deficient in vit D3. B12. These symptoms are consistent with hypovitaminosis D.

inj Arachitol 6lac x IM x Stat . tab Uprise D3, twice a week x 6 weeks tab neurobion forte 1 x OD. tab Supracal 1gm x OD. tab Zerodol SR x BD is 3 days. volini gel x local application x tds general conditioning excercises like walking,cycling and yoga . adequate skin  exposure to sun during sunrise and sunset .

Hi Madam your vit d3 levels are in a deficient range and vit b12 is very low, you need to take if possible injection Arachitol 6 lakhs international unit stat and calcirol sachet 60 k twice a week for 6 weeks then get repeated your vit d3 levels, also take vit b 12 1500 mcg daily for 6 weeks

Thyroid is normal. B12 and D3 are very low and that could be the cause of your symptoms. Please start with Calcirol sachet once a week for 3 weeks and tab meconeuron 1000mcg daily one, for a month
