Hello
I would recommend you to consult with me online through Practo.
Your upper back pain is due to posture mostly or due to some other findings which is missing in the history. Also if you have chest pain and you have pain over breast bone it is advisable to consult online and your period history may be important to reach diagnosis as it is common to get those in females.
it is advisable to know detailed history and to suggest accurate treatment.
Consult directly with me, your orthopaedic doctor, through Practo for detail history, discussion and treatment plan. Here we can chat or can also do audio or video consultation for detailed management. Take appointment for thorough prescription and consultation. https://www.practo.com/mumbai/doctor/chintan-doshi-orthopedist/consult

Talk to experienced orthopedist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Also please consult General Surgeon and do chest xray PA and oblique views and ECG as my other ortho colleague mentioned, a sonography of both breasts may be helpful as you are under 45 to differentiate musculoskeletal pain from heaviness of breasts.
In the mean while continue Vit D3 (60000 IU) once a week for 4 weeks along with Magnesium supplements and recheck Serum D3 levels.
Thank you
You need some back muscle Strengthening excercises also. Need to review you medicine and if possible suggest an alternative.
Pain in the chest mostly will be musculoskeletal pain only but might be worthwhile to get an ECG done.
Please consult.
