Bone & Muscle problems

Having pain on right leg since 2 month. Pet ct report shows "bulky right iliacus and vastus intermedius muscle showing mild heterogeneous enhancement -likely of infective or inflammation aetiology. And calcified focus in vastus muscle". What the report explains sir. Is it due to infection or something else sir?

Hi. I got myself tested for Vit D on January and the result was 6.40. Doctor prescribed D rise 60,000 units for 8 weeks. I had taken it. And Is it enough? Or I should eat any vit d supplement further? Please suggest. I always feel my bones are weak.

From last night, there is a swelling in the area around the left ankle & it seems to be spreading slowly in the foot. I have a history of gout, however this is the first time, i am getting in this . Earlier it was limited to the toe. I having being taking Zyloric 100 Mg. Recently I have also been diagnosed for Kidney stones & fatty liver grade 2, also recovering from UTI. What could be the reason for this?

Severe shoulder pain in the area of upper neck to right arm shoulder. She fallen down after rolled over a stone and then since 10 days severe pain started.. had some pain relief tablets locally but still paining. We are giving ice cube treatment on the affected area for the time being..but did not relieve. Please advise medicines and right treatment

I had TFCC injury in last September but still now I get pain in my wrist.  The pain is not continuous but I may last for couple of days and it may occur once in a week or two. I'm not sure what to do as its almost been 9 months now.

Hi, it's been 2 months now, started with chest pain, then diaphragm pain and now back pain. It's constant. Sleeping or lying down makes it harder for me. My vitamin d levels are low, i started 60k iu, been 2 weeks, still no improvement. Should I be scared. It's like the pain is always there.

Hi, 2 months ago I noticed 1st or 2nd rib of my right side more thicker and more protruding than the left side. It feels as if its sticking out but much fatter. I have no pain on that rib but I do have chest pain on movement or pressure. Also spine pain, waist pain and diaphragm pain.

I am having pain in my joints which makes it difficult for me to walk for a while and would like to know if u can help or any other suggestion to reduce the pain.

Without injury I have foot pain that comes and goes. It feels more like weakness. I will have it especially in the morning and especially when I lie down. Sometimes a numb feeling in both the feet and ankles. I have a mild fatty liver and mild gastric problem and no other health issues other than that. B12 was low but underwent a course of injections 4 months ago for that. I am 5 11 in height and weigh 83kgs. I have gained 5 kgs since the pain started. When I sleep sometimes I have muscle twitches and I wake up. This has been going on since 6 months. I am not able to workout because of this leg pain too. There is no swelling.

I notice there is swelling on my left shoulder trapezius muscle. Im facing this problem from past 7months, because of this Pain unable to raise my left hand properly . How can I get rid of this swelling completely.
