Heel pain and Knee pains
Have severe and continuous pain in heels, when ever does walking for half an hour or do some extra work than normal household activities. But have mediocre pain every day after another in heels.

Hello, You are suffering from Plantar fascitis... You need to start proper treatment.. Start following treatment.. Tab Etova ER 400 twice daily for 10 days Tab pan 40 once daily for 5 days tab chymoral forte one tab three times a day for 5 days cap T heal one tab two times a day for 30 days Use water bottle filled with water chilled to ice and roll your feet on it for 10 min twice a day

It's called  plantar fascitis. Advice u to use silicon heal pad  for both heals continuously at home , going out , walking. For 6-8 weeks. U will find good result Ice application for 20 min thrice per day. For 7 days Ankle toe & plantar  strech excersies to be continued For Medicine  u need to consult us or your local Orthopaedic doctor u will require anti- Inflammatory medicine to reduce pain.
