  4. Plantar fascitis heel pain. Temp relief!

Plantar fascitis heel pain
Walking in un even surface caused heel pain . suffering for the past 5 months. last time around six years back i had same problem but cured after one year. morning first step is painful. my time spent on tread mill reduced. giving cold and hot water is not doing anything. NSAID tabs give temp relief

Hi Please consult physiotherapist start taking treatment for that definitely you will feel better
