Bone & Muscle problems

Recently I have facing some problems 1. Neck and shoulder pain. 2. Discomfortable in head and pain in back side of head. For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray.

I have back pain It was starts after I lifted bed cover Our mattress are heavy. Please suggest me any pain relief medetion

Medication is taken still pain persists. Severe pain is there in joints of leg and back pain as well.

I have back pain problem since 15 yrs. I work in state Bank in India. I sit on chair approx 10 hrs daily for work. Pls guide me.

Pain in my left butt which extends to half of my leg. When this pain occurs i cant even move. Pain starts from back and extend to left leg as well sometimes. People and family are calling it as slip disc. When i keep on taking medicine there will be no pain and the day i stop medication within 2-3 days pain again starts. Please guide what should i do for this pain
