There is going to make a C curve in my back.my doctor is saying it can be due to hyperlordosis. can it can be cured by exersice or by medicine or it can be cured from surgery. I have a hypothyroidism and my weight is 103 Kg

I met with an accident on 15th Dec. since last 6 weeks I had a plaster cast on my right hand. yesterday it was removed now doctor said that my hand is alright. only physiotherapy & exercises need to be done. I've have attached the X-ray of hand which is after removal of plaster. I wanted to know that with exercises will it become normal or I have to go with surgery /fixation. because now it is paining when I'm trying to stretch my hand.

Hi, I have a pain in my glute region for more than a year now. I was doing physiotherapy and excercises but releif was only temporary. As the pain got acute, I did an MRI and I am attaching the report. Any idea how serious is this and if this can be cured?

Starting about 5-6 days ago, I developed pain in my left middle finger only. Can you tell me what this my be from please? I did not injure it in any way (that I am aware of). It is not in any other area(s). It is a dull aching pain that changes in intensity from day to day. I can feel it every day from 5-6 days. It does not effect the other fingers. I can bend them without pain, but if I bend the middle finger, it hurts - sometimes sharply. If I press the finger down, it does NOT hurt as much as if I try and bend it itself. It hurts mostly on and between the 2 upper joints (knuckle, JOINT, JOINT, tip). Can you tell me what this might be, and how I might diagnose and treat it please? Thank you
