A week ago when I woke up in the morning, my left shoulder was hurting. When I tried lifting my left hand it really hurts in the left shoulder joint and its radiating to the upper arm. If I massage the shoulder joint and press it and move my hand it doesn't hurt but once I let go of the shoulder joint and try lifting my hand it hurts again. What is the issue and how to get rid of it.

What are the symptoms that my headaches is cervical related. I am facing headaches that starts from center of the forehead and then spread to the entire head ?

I have started exercising from past 2 weeks , am noticing a continuous popping sound from my right knee from last 3-4 days. It pains slightly when bringing the feet closer to hips (backwards) and when straightens the pops comes always. It's same like cracking the fingers. Anything to worry ? I am overweight is that causing this issue ? It also pains slightly in the inner side knee. My weight was 78 last year it is now 92 is this the pain cause ?

Back pain at left side of back in middle , can't stand for long time and feel pain if I don't sit with any back support

I am unable to move my wrist and It's paining continuously. There was a little bit pain from the last few days but suddenly it got more yesterday night, I was trying to do some wrist exercise yesterday for the pain thought it would cure the pain and may be because of it the pain got serious, and now my wrist is swollen too.
