I have got pain in legs n shoulder,plz suggest me multi vitamin capsule for decreasing pain in muscle n gain strength

Had an accident when I was 8 years old. Still having a lot of pain in my ankle. Specially in winters I am not able to walk properly.

Dear sir My age 30 I am men. Since 15 days having neck pain . Morning time lot pain happens if I done UP pain increasing .and mostly pian is in left side .if I turn head  left side pain increased  and feeling pressure on neck only left side . there is no pain in right side . And I don't have any hand pain.. pls advice .unused amoxicillin but no used. ..whether the pain is using mobile for 6 hours every day . And  pls suggest now resolution. In future I will reduce using mobile thanks. While using mobile my neck is complete down

I use to have sharp pain on the sides of iliac crest but only while walking. I didn't have any history of falling down Or any other injury. Pain goes away as I stop walking. What is the reason?

Is the ulnar nerve transposition surgery risky? What are the complications? Can one resume working out post surgery?

Elbow fracture was operated about 10 years ago and wires were used to reinforce the bones.Now of the wire has come out & showing.There is little pain too due to this. Please advise if the wire can be removed or what is the best to be done now.
